By using Mocwin, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to:
Institute subscriptions
Student course payments
Online examination fees
Registration fees
Service charges
Any payments processed through Mocwin
2. Institute Subscription Refunds
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscription fees paid to Mocwin are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for cancellation within 7 days of purchase, provided:
No substantial platform setup has been completed.
No significant usage has occurred.
No custom development or onboarding services have been delivered.
Approved refunds may be subject to processing charges.
3. Student Course Fees
Mocwin acts solely as a technology platform.
Course fees are determined and managed by the respective educational institution.
Therefore:
Refund approval is solely at the discretion of the institution.
Mocwin does not guarantee course refunds.
Institutions may maintain their own refund policies.
Students should review the institution's refund policy before enrollment.
4. Online Test & Examination Fees
Fees paid for:
Online tests
Assessments
Mock examinations
Certification examinations
are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of:
Duplicate payments
Technical failures preventing exam access
Platform-related payment errors
5. Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction:
The duplicate amount will be reviewed.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.
6. Failed Transactions
In cases where:
Payment is deducted
Enrollment is not completed
the transaction will be verified.
If payment has been successfully received by Mocwin or the institution, access will be granted or an appropriate refund will be processed.
7. Cancellation by Institutions
Institutions may cancel their subscriptions by contacting support before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation will:
Stop future billing
Not affect charges already incurred
Not automatically generate refunds
8. Cancellation by Students
Students may cancel future enrollments at any time.
However:
Completed enrollments are subject to the institution's refund policy.
Access already granted may not qualify for a refund.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
Subscription fees already utilized
Course enrollments where access has been provided
Downloadable content
Certificates already issued
Custom onboarding services
Custom development services
Consultation charges
Training and implementation services

Internet outages
Third-party service failures
Force majeure events
shall not automatically qualify users for refunds.
